The next generation – ten years after the car made its premiere, the Porsche engineers gave the 911 a comprehensive makeover. Known as the ‘G-model’, the new generation 911 was built from 1973 to 1989 – a longer period than any other. A particular feature of this evergreen was the striking bellows-style bumpers – an innovation created in order to comply with the latest US crash test requirements. Three-point safety belts fitted as standard and seats with integrated headrests also provided increased occupant safety. With changes to reflect the changing political and economic climate in the world of automobiles. The new model had improved flexibility and power delivery, improved economy, and improved safety. The cleaner running continuous injection system coupled with an increase in displacement from 2.4 liters to 2.7 liters made the new car easier to drive in a wide range of conditions obviating the need for so many gear changes. The neatly integrated impact bumpers allowed the 911 to comply with new safety laws in a more elegant way than any other car company could manage. The use of K-Jetronic CIS Bosch fuel injection in two of the three models in the line up— the 911 and 911S models, retaining the narrow rear arches of the old 2.4, now had a 2.7-litre engine producing 150 PS (110 kW; 150 hp) and 175 PS (129 kW; 173 hp), respectively.

This particular blue metallic with brown beige “leatherette” 1975 Porsche 911 S  G-Model car started its life as a US-Model and has been carefully restored to our bronze level by an european restoration specialist. Overhauled engine and suspension. The car has been taken back to original colors and specifications which includes aircon and sport steering wheel among other. Fully EU-converted with lights front and rear, speedo. Original radio. Many new parts used.

The full restoration in fully documented and in addition are the original Porsche factory papers with the car. A car which will draw a lot of attention with this color combination.

Important: to ensure highest quality each car will undergo 500km test phase once the restoration is complete.
